I saw a rerun of this episode recently on Sky and at the skatoing rink, ‘Tears of a Clown had been replaced with a difference song. Anyone happen to know what that song was called and why it was edited in

The ending always touches me. When Kevin looks into Winnie’s room, she senses him. And when she sees him, grabs the covers and seems to pull them closer to cover her heart. The slight frown on her face that transforms to a slight smile along with her eyes that brighten in response to Kevin saying “I love you” and her saying “I love you.”
No matter how many times I see it, it brings tears to my eyes.
