When Kevin looks into Winnie's room, she senses him. And when she sees him, grabs the covers and seems to pull them closer to cover her heart. The slight frown on her face that transforms to a slight smile along with her eyes that brighten in response to Kevin saying "I love you" and her saying "I love you."
